Arihant Constructions is over in Laxmi Nagar. Our office is A-15 on the second floor in Priya Darshani Vihar. A good way to find us is to look for the Sai Mandir, as we are right opposite that. Also, we are situated just above the Yes Bank branch there. Laxmi Nagar is always very crowded and full of life, especially around the temple area. We have been working in construction for a long time. Our office is a busy place with people coming and going. We have maps and site plans everywhere because that is what we do. It’s not a very fancy office, but it works for us. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We do a lot of coordination from here. Sometimes clients come in to talk about their building plans and we just sit down and go through the details over tea. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more about the actual work on the ground. The location is very convenient because everyone knows where the bank and the mandir are. We are just a local team trying to get buildings up and running properly. It’s a practical setup for a construction business in this part of Delhi. We just focus on the sites and the materials.
