Ample Creations (The Building Times)

We started out here in Gurunanak Pura near Vikas Marg quite a few years back. Most people around Laxmi Nagar know us as the ones behind The Building Times. It’s a busy spot at A-33/29, and there’s always something going on with the printing or the layout work. We just handle the day-to-day stuff of getting the information out there. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and checking details before anything goes to press. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the paper and files lying around, but we manage. We aren’t a big fancy operation with receptionists in suits. It’s just a few of us making sure the pages look right and the news about the building industry gets to where it needs to go. Most mornings start with chai and a long list of things to double-check. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for people to find us once they know where the turn is. People drop by to talk about ads or just to see what’s coming in the next issue. It’s hard work, and the deadlines can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We don’t really do anything flashy, just the regular work that keeps the business moving. There is always someone coming or going, so the office stays pretty loud and lively most of the day until we finally close up.
