You’ll find us at Chamber 159 in the Wadhwa Complex. It’s really easy to get to since it’s right by Gate 1 of the Laxmi Nagar Metro. This area is always moving fast, with people rushing to work and shops everywhere. Our little chamber isn't very large, but we pack a lot of work into it. We started this because we saw too many people struggling with things that shouldn't be so hard. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception desk. It’s usually just one or two of us at the desks handling whatever comes our way. Sometimes people drop in just because they’re passing by and need a bit of guidance. We try to be practical about things. If someone needs a hand, we look at what we’ve got and see how to make it work. The building can get a bit noisy during the day, but we don't mind. It feels like we're part of the city's pulse. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people in Laxmi Nagar have someone they can turn to when things get difficult. It’s been a learning process for us too, figuring out the best ways to be useful. The Metro makes it convenient for folks from other parts of the city to reach us too, which is a plus. We just keep our heads down and do the work, month after month.
