We’ve been at Neelkanth Chamber 1 for a while now. It’s on the third floor of the local shopping complex in Saini Enclave. Working with hatcheries is a lot of early mornings and keeping track of things carefully. People usually find us up here if they need to talk about their orders or check on things. It's not a fancy office, just where we get the paperwork done and manage the day-to-day operations. Dealing with birds and eggs is tricky work, and you learn a lot as you go. We mostly just focus on making sure the logistics side of the hatchery runs smooth. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we are always here. It’s a busy spot in the enclave. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years. We stay pretty busy with the phones and people coming in and out. It’s just how it is in this business. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. We try to keep things organized despite how hectic it gets during the peak seasons. If you're looking for us, look for Plot No. 5. Most locals know where the shopping complex is. We're just trying to do our part in the supply chain without making a big fuss about it. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes a bit of time to get through the paperwork some days, but that's just life here.
