Almass Industries

Our place is located at 324 Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot in the Functional Industrial Estate, and parking can be a real headache some mornings if you don't get here early enough. Almass Industries has been operating out of this unit for a good bit of time now. It’s a solid brick building, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need inside. We do a lot of the heavy work right here on the ground floor. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time, so we know the neighbors and how the traffic flows around the estate. There’s always a bit of dust in the air and the smell of grease, which is normal for a manufacturing setup like ours. We don’t spend much time on paperwork or sitting in meetings; it’s mostly about getting the production line moving. Sometimes the machines act up, and we spend half the morning with a wrench in hand trying to get things back on track. We eat lunch together near the back entrance when it’s quiet. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We wear overalls and work boots because that’s what the job needs. If you walk into 324, you’ll probably see us busy with a batch of parts. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the floor stays somewhat clear.
