Our shop is right in the middle of the Paper Market in Gazipur, specifically in Pocket C. We’re on the ground floor at number 793. If you know the IFC area, you know it’s always crowded with big trucks and people moving heavy rolls of paper. We do a lot of import and export stuff from this location. Being right in the paper market means we are around a lot of other businesses doing similar things every day. It’s noisy and gets a bit dusty sometimes, but it’s where all the action is. We started out small and just kept working hard to grow. We don't have a big fancy front office; it's more about having a practical space for our files and keeping things organized. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the timing of delivery trucks. We don't use any complex systems, just good old-fashioned tracking and making sure we stay on top of the shipment dates. It’s a friendly environment here. We usually have tea together and talk about the day's work. Dealing with the paper industry has its own set of challenges, like price changes and supply issues. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay calm. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to get the orders filled and keep the business running smoothly in East Delhi.
