Our office and store are located at E-6/9 in Krishna Nagar. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time, dealing with all sorts of hospital and medical supplies. It’s more of a functional space than a showroom. We have boxes piled up and shelves full of different items that clinics and hospitals might need. Krishna Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on in the lane outside. We aren't trying to be a fancy retail shop. Usually, we are busy taking orders over the phone or checking inventory. It can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to find everything eventually. The staff here knows where every single item is kept, from the smallest bandage to the bigger equipment. People from local nursing homes often come by to pick up stuff they ran out of. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the supplies out to the people who order them. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and serves our purpose well. It’s a lot of manual work, moving cartons and checking lists. We try to be fair with everyone and just keep the business running smoothly day by day. It’s a practical business in a practical neighborhood, and we like it that way.
