We've been at B-8 in the Patparganj Industrial Area for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. Most days involve a lot of checking orders and making sure the lab glass and instruments are packed right so nothing breaks on the way. We started out small, just a couple of us trying to figure out how to get things to schools and research labs without too much fuss. It isn't always easy keeping track of every single piece of equipment that comes through the door, but we manage. People stop by sometimes just to see what we have in stock or to ask about a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We aren't fancy. Our office has stacks of papers and boxes everywhere because that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We try to keep things moving. If a customer calls, they usually talk to one of us directly, not some machine. We know the neighborhood well and the other folks working around Patparganj. It’s just how we do things here, day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we get the shipments out anyway. We just focus on the work at hand and hope it helps whoever is on the receiving end. There's always something to do, whether it's labeling new stock or cleaning up the workspace after a long afternoon. We stay late if we have to. It's just a regular workplace doing what we know how to do.
