Aht Facility Management Private Limited is based out of House No.-5 in Ghondli, near Krishna Nagar. It’s a part of East Delhi that always feels busy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to our clients. We’ve been managing facilities for a while now and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and doing what you said you’d do. We deal with all sorts of things, from basic cleaning to the more technical stuff like electrical work or plumbing. Usually, my desk is covered in sticky notes because there’s always one more thing to remember. The street outside can get a bit crowded, especially in the evenings, so we try to get most of our travel done early in the day. We are just a bunch of people who know how to keep a building running. Sometimes I wonder how we ended up with so much paperwork for just one building, but that is the reality of the business. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what we know. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us, so what you see is basically what you get. If something goes wrong at one of our sites, we just go and fix it. That is the whole point of being in this business. It keeps us busy and keeps the lights on for everyone who relies on us.
