Advantage Engineers & Developers Pvt. Ltd. has its workshop at Plot No.-419 in Udyogsadan. Being in the Patparganj Industrial Area in Delhi-92 means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses doing similar hard work. The street is often lined with trucks loading and unloading stuff, so it gets pretty hectic during the morning hours. Our plot is a decent size, and we’ve got most of the heavy machinery set up towards the back where the floor is reinforced. The office part is just a small partitioned area with a couple of computers and a printer that jams every other day. We wear our work clothes because there’s always a bit of oil or dust flying around. It’s a place where things actually get made, and we take some pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. We have a small cooler for water because it gets incredibly hot inside the shed during the summer months. There’s a guy who brings around snacks in a basket every afternoon, and we usually stop for ten minutes to eat something. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. Most of our visitors are suppliers or people we’ve known for years. It’s just a plain industrial unit where we put in the hours and try to keep everything running smoothly.
