We have two units, G2 and G3, inside Pankaj Plaza-3. It’s part of the Local Shopping Centre in Patparganj, specifically in the Ip Extension area. This part of Delhi 110092 is always humming with people and cars. Having two ground-floor spaces makes things much easier for our patients who might have trouble with stairs. We’ve been here in this plaza for quite some time now. The clinic is dedicated to homeopathy. Inside, you’ll see rows and rows of medicine bottles and a simple waiting area with some chairs. It’s not a polished medical center with glass walls; it’s more of a practical, lived-in space that smells a bit like medicine. We spend our days talking to people about their various health issues. Since we are in a shopping plaza, people often drop by while they are out running other errands or getting groceries. The parking outside can be a real headache during peak hours, but that's just part of living in Delhi. We try to keep the atmosphere inside calm and quiet, away from the market noise. There’s usually a bit of a wait, so people read newspapers or just sit and think. We don’t do any fancy marketing or social media stuff. Most of our visitors live in the nearby apartments right here in Ip Extension. It’s a real community-based practice. We handle all the scheduling and cleaning ourselves. It’s just us running the show every day for the locals.
