Acma

You’ll find Acma over at B 138, Gali No 07 in East Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood in Delhi, and our street is always crowded with people and scooters. The office is tucked away in a small building that we’ve been using for years. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other when it’s busy. We have a few computers and a printer that jams more often than we’d like. Most of the staff live in the surrounding area, so we don't have to deal with the longest commutes, which is a blessing in this city. We don't use any fancy management software or have big meetings every morning. Usually, we just talk across the room to figure out what needs to happen. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and it’s always interesting to see what’s going on outside. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time for it. We’re more focused on keeping the paperwork moving and the tasks handled. It’s just a basic local business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to do our jobs well and keep things running smoothly in our little corner of East Vinod Nagar.
