Our business is on Main Road in Raxaul, right at Pankaj Chowk. We’re very close to the Pankaj Cinema, so it’s easy for people to find us. We do a lot of distribution work from this spot. The shop is usually full of boxes and items waiting to be sent out or picked up. It can get a bit crowded in here, especially on market days when the road is packed with people and rickshaws. We’ve been part of the Raxaul community for quite a while now. We don't really do big ads; we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we handle. It’s a busy life, checking invoices and making sure the right stuff gets to the right person. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be a bit of a wait. We aren't a big corporation, just a local distributor trying to get things done. The noise from the cinema and the street is just part of our day. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and loading the carts. It’s a practical job, nothing too complicated. We open early and stay until the evening. Most of our customers are regulars who have been buying from us for years. We just keep things simple and try to be honest about what we have in stock at the moment. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people we serve.
