If you walk down Chorasiawas Road and find Gali Number 3 in Dwarka Nagar, you will find us at Gharib Nawaz Poultry Products Private Limited. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a regular neighborhood, so things are pretty quiet except for when the trucks come in. We deal with poultry and everything that goes along with that. It is mostly about keeping the birds right and getting the products out to people who need them. My clothes usually smell like the farm by the end of the day, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with shiny windows. We just have our space here and we do the work. Most mornings are spent checking on things and making sure the inventory is okay. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and we have to worry about the birds, but we manage. It is a lot of routine. Feed them, clean up, take orders, and move the crates. It’s a simple life really. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the poultry products are handled properly. If you are ever in Dwarka Nagar, you’ll see our gate. We are usually there from early morning until the evening. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time.
