Reddy Herbal Farm

We operate out of 6 Harshabardhan Road. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our herbs and dried plants. The smell of the shop is the first thing people notice—it’s very earthy and strong. We have bins and jars filled with all sorts of things we’ve sourced. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in and we haven’t had time to put everything away yet. We don’t really do any fancy packaging. Most things are just put into plain bags. People come here because they know we have what they are looking for. We spend a lot of time weighing things out on the old scale. It’s quiet work, and we like it that way. Harshabardhan Road is a decent place to be located. We have a few regulars who come in every week for the same things. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around the different plants. Sometimes we run out of things when the weather is bad and the transport is delayed. We just tell people to come back in a few days. It’s a simple way of doing business. We don't use any computers for the sales, just a ledger and a pen. It’s how we’ve always done it here at Reddy Herbal Farm, and we don't plan on changing it.
