R K Pharmaceuticals is situated right on Gurudwar Road in Bena Chity. Being near the Gurudwara makes it easy for folks to give directions to our place. It’s a busy part of Benachiti and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The space isn’t huge but it fits everything we need for the pharmaceutical work we handle. Most of our mornings are spent sorting through orders and making sure the supplies are handled properly. It can get a bit crowded in here when we have a lot of inventory coming in at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. We don't really have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the routine by heart. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the front counter because we're so focused on the back rooms. It’s a real working environment, not one of those sterile offices you might expect. We just focus on the task at hand. If the phone rings, someone grabs it, and if someone walks in, we help them out. It’s simple. Gurudwar Road is a good spot for us. People know the name R K Pharmaceuticals around here because we’ve been part of the local scene for years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the work correctly and being here when the lights go on.
