Down on 10/25 Kashiram Das Road in Durgapur, you will find our little setup. We are in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. It is an infotech place, so we deal with a lot of computer stuff and technical things all day long. Durgapur is a solid place to work. It is not as crazy as Kolkata, which we definitely appreciate. The office on Kashiram Das Road is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is filled with cables, screens, and the constant sound of typing. We are not a giant tech company with a glass building and fancy snacks. We are just a local team doing tech work for people who need it. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow, or the power cuts out when the weather is bad, but we just deal with it. It is part of living and working here. We know the neighbors and the guys at the local tea stalls. It is a nice community to be part of. We keep things pretty informal. You won’t see us wearing suits very often. We prefer to just get the work done. People come to us because they know where we are and that we have been here for a good bit. It is steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We just try to keep up with the new tech as best as we can every day.
