Mecon Limited has its place out here in Rabindranagar. We are located in Asansol, which is part of the Burdwan district. The pin code for anyone sending us mail is 713304. It’s a typical West Bengal town atmosphere around here, which we really enjoy. We have been in this specific location for quite some time now. Most of the people living on this street recognize us by now. We just come into the office, do what needs to be done for the day, and then head home. It is a very practical setup. There are no fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. It is just a working office with plenty of files and desks. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because that just isn't who we are. We are just local people working in Rabindranagar. The building is simple and it works for what we need. We spend our days going through our lists and making sure the work is finished on time. The street outside can get a little noisy with the local traffic and people going about their business, but that’s just part of being in Asansol. We like being part of the community here. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. This is our home base and we are happy with it.
