Madhabi Traders

Madhabi Traders is over on Road 100 in Palashdiha. It is a bit of a trek if you are not from around here, but the locals know the way. The road itself is fairly wide, and we have our storage and shop front right there. We deal with various goods, and the place usually smells like whatever we have in stock that week. Sometimes it is sacks of grain, other times it is hardware. We do not really have a fancy showroom. It is more of a warehouse feel with things piled up where they fit. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around or checking the inventory lists. Palashdiha is a growing area, so we see new houses being built nearby quite often. Our building is a plain one, nothing that stands out too much from the others on Road 100. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. The metal shutters make a loud noise when we pull them up in the morning. It is just how we start the day. We have a small table where we sit to do the accounts and talk to customers. There is a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. People stop by on their way home to pick up what they need. We have been operating like this for a good while now and it works for us.
