Jankidevi Samriddhi Mutual Benefit Foundation

Our office is located over in Hirapur, specifically in the Barmasia neighborhood. We are set up at Indradeo Prasad’s place, building number BDS/947. He’s the son of R. K. Prasad, and many people in this part of town know the family. We aren't some large company with a shiny building in the city center. We chose to stay here in Barmasia because it’s where we live and where we can actually talk to people. It’s a mutual benefit foundation, which sounds official, but mostly it just means we look out for each other. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and discussing the local news before we get to work. There’s no dress code here, and we don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by BDS/947, you’ll probably just find us sitting around a wooden table with a lot of papers. We don't believe in using big marketing words or making promises we can't keep. Most of our growth has just been people telling their neighbors about us. It is a slow way to do things, but it feels more real. The streets in Hirapur can be a bit tight, and parking is always a headache, but we like it here. We’re just regular people trying to make the mutual benefit idea work for everyone in our circle. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. It’s honest work and we do our best with what we have. That’s just our way of life.
