F3 Security & Facilities Services

Our office is over at Ra - 8 Urbashi in the Bengal Ambuja complex, specifically on Street No - 32 in City Center. It is a fairly standard office space where we manage everything for F3 Security & Facilities Services. We have a few desks, a lot of clipboards, and a coffee pot that is almost always empty. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking schedules. It isn't very glamorous. We have people coming in and out all day for shift changes or to drop off paperwork. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of calendars and some notes tacked up with tape. We’ve been in City Center for a while now, and we like being close to everything. It makes it easier to get around. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, which is always a bit frustrating. We don't have a fancy reception area, just a chair for someone to sit in while they wait. We focus on getting the schedules right and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It is a lot of logistics and double-checking names and dates. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the shift. The phone rings a lot but we just answer and move on to the next thing.
