We are situated on Sanjib Sarani, right near the Aesby More intersection. It’s a spot that most locals know. Our place isn't very large, but we’ve got the equipment we need to get things done. People come here when they need tests or results. We try to keep the waiting area decent, but it can get crowded on Monday mornings. There’s usually a bit of a wait because we don't like to rush through the work. The staff here has been around for a while. We aren't part of some huge hospital chain. It’s just us running this lab. The floors are kept clean, and we try to stay quiet so people feel okay while they wait. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to call the technician, which is a bit of a hassle. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or leather chairs. It’s just a practical medical space. We write down most things by hand before putting them into the computer. It’s more reliable that way. Being near Aesby More makes it easy for people to find us after they see their doctor. We open early because that’s when most people want to get their blood work done. It’s a routine we’ve had for years. We just focus on getting the numbers right and handing out the reports on time. It is a bit repetitive, but someone has to do it.
