We set up Touchteck Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. at 83 Pranamananda Avenue in City Centre. It is a busy spot and we are always on the move from here. Dealing with buildings is never a clean job. Our office is usually full of mops, buckets, and boxes of light bulbs that need to go out to different sites. We aren't a big corporate giant with suits. We are just people who know how to fix a leaky pipe or keep a floor looking decent. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to check on the staff at various offices. Sometimes things break at 2 AM and someone has to go deal with it. That is the reality of facility management. We don't talk much about strategy or big goals. We just focus on whether the toilets are working and if the security guards showed up on time. The City Centre area is crowded so parking our vans is always a headache near the avenue. We have been at this address for a while now and the locals know us. It is a lot of paperwork and a lot of elbow grease. We try to do a solid job without making a big fuss about it. If something is broken we just fix it. The coffee in the office is usually cold because we are out working. That is just fine with us.
