We are located in Benachity, right on Bhiringi Nachan Road. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Ishan Apartment, which is a big landmark around here that everyone knows. Joy Durga Machinery & Tools has been in this spot for a long time. The shop is filled with all sorts of metal parts, tools, and heavy machines that we’ve collected. It smells like oil and iron, which is how a tool shop should be. We spend a lot of our time moving things around and helping people find exactly the right part for their projects. It is a bit cluttered, but we usually know where everything is kept even if it doesn't look like it. Benachity is always moving, and being on Nachan Road means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. We don’t have a website that we update or anything fancy like that. Most people just walk in or call us up on the phone to see if we have a specific wrench or a motor part in stock. The counter is old and a bit scratched up from years of heavy metal tools being placed on it. We don't have uniforms or a fancy sales pitch for our customers. We just know our tools and we help the people who come in. Sometimes we have to order things in from far away, and other times we have just what is needed sitting on a dusty back shelf. It is what we do.
