You can find us at House No M-20 on J.K. Pal Lane in the Benachity area of Durgapur. We’re quite close to the Loknath Mandir, which is a big landmark around here. Benachity is a crowded place, full of life and narrow lanes. Our shop, Bharati Traders, is tucked away in one of those lanes. It’s been our base for a long time. The building is an old house that we’ve converted for our business needs. It’s not a shiny new showroom. The floors are a bit uneven and the lighting is just standard tube lights. But it works for us. We stock a lot of different things, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to stand because of all the inventory. We have a small desk near the front where we handle all the transactions. My family has been in this area for generations, so we know most of the people on J.K. Pal Lane. It’s a tight-knit community. We don't really do fancy advertising or have a website that’s updated every day. People just know where we are. If you’re coming from the temple side, just walk down the lane and look for the M-20 house number. We usually have a cup of tea ready if a friend stops by. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, but it’s what we know. Nothing complicated about it. We are just the folks at Bharati Traders doing our bit.
