We are located at 16/7 in Kaliganj, right by Tetikhola. Bengal Security Associates has been our life for a good number of years now. It’s not a huge setup with lots of floors. We have a small office where we handle all the scheduling for our guards every single day. Most of the guys we hire come from right around Kaliganj or the nearby villages. We know their families and they know ours, so there is a lot of trust involved. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. Tetikhola is a decent area, but like anywhere else, people want to feel a bit safer at night. So we provide that service. We don't have a polished corporate image or fancy uniforms for the office staff. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but the work gets done. We focus on getting the right people to the right spots. Sometimes it’s a factory gate, sometimes it’s a residential block. We don't make big promises, we just try to be there when we say we will. It’s practical, honest work. We’ve had some long nights when there’s a problem, but that’s just part of the business. We like being a part of Kaliganj. It’s where we belong and we just keep doing our thing.
