You can find Alfa Hydrotech over in Benachity at 37 Uttarpalli. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets. We focus on hydraulic stuff mostly. Our space isn't very large, but we have enough room to get the work done. We started out here a while back and just stuck with it. The neighborhood knows us as the place to go when something with a pump or a cylinder breaks down. We spend a lot of time covered in oil or looking at technical drawings. It’s not for everyone, but we enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a system isn't holding pressure. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, which can be frustrating for us and the customers. We try to be as quick as we can though. The shop gets a bit cluttered with tools left out on the benches. We don't really have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People usually just stand around and talk while we take a look at their equipment. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If it’s broken, we see if we can make it work again. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves. Other days, we don't even have time to eat lunch until it's nearly dark. That's just how running a small place in Uttarpalli is.
