The Christian Fellowship Hospital

Down on Ge Road in the Chandmari area of Rajnandgaon, you will find The Christian Fellowship Hospital. It is a fairly large presence in the neighborhood, and most people around here know exactly where we are. The hospital has been a part of Rajnandgaon for a long time, and the building shows its age in a few spots, but it’s sturdy. We have a lot of different departments, but it all feels like one big family working together. There is a lot of coming and going on Ge Road, and the hospital entrance is usually a hub of activity. Inside, the hallways are wide and can get a bit drafty, but they lead to the wards where we look after our patients. The staff here really relies on each other to get through the busy shifts. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run low on supplies or have a particularly tough day, but we keep going. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just a hospital providing care to whoever walks through the doors in Chandmari. We have our routines, from the morning rounds to the evening shift changes. It’s a lot of hard work, but it feels right to be serving the community here. We are just a group of people dedicated to running this place as well as we can every single day.
