Smriti Engineering Works

We are based in Bhilai, specifically in Sector-1. Our place is on Street-1, which isn't too hard to find if you know the area. Being in Durg district, we see a lot of industrial activity. Smriti Engineering Works is basically a workshop where we handle different types of mechanical tasks. We have some machines and tools that we use every day to get things fixed or fabricated. It’s a bit noisy and dusty sometimes, as you’d expect from a place like this. There are a few of us who work here, mostly locals from around Chattisgarh. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down, we’d rather be working with the metal. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The street is usually quiet except for the occasional delivery truck. We do whatever jobs come our way, whether it's small repairs or something a bit bigger. We don't have a sales team. If someone needs something, they just walk in and talk to us directly. It’s simpler that way. We try to keep our tools organized, but it doesn’t always happen when we are busy. We just focus on the work at hand and try to get it done right so we can go home. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for our families. We just take things one day at a time here.
