Reliable Welfare Foundation

Our foundation is located in the Housing Board Colony in Kumhari. The address is Lig-1/250, which is just a regular house in the middle of the colony. Reliable Welfare Foundation is really just a few of us working together to help our neighbors here in Durg. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, mostly full of families and people who have lived here for years. We aren't some big outfit from the city. We are just local folks. We don't have a lot of equipment or a fancy office. We just have our living room and a lot of determination. Sometimes the house gets a bit messy with all the flyers and notebooks we have lying around. We don't mind it though. We chose the name because we wanted people to know they could come to us and we’d actually listen. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation in Chhattisgarh. We just want to be the one that people in Kumhari actually know and trust. Most of our work happens right here on these streets. We walk around, talk to people, and see what’s needed. It isn't always glamorous, and we don't always have the money for everything we want to do. But we do what we can with what’s available. It’s just a normal life, trying to make things a little easier for the people living near us.
