Our place is at I M A Chowk on Dhamdha Road, right in Mohan Nagar. We’re really close to the railway crossing, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the gates to open and listening to the trains whistle past. It can be a bit annoying when you’re trying to talk to someone, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do a lot of marketing and distribution work from here. The office is basically a few tables and a lot of ledgers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of the local area. It’s a practical space for practical work. The traffic at the chowk can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to schedule our deliveries around those times. We’ve been in Mohan Nagar for a good stretch of years. It’s a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy lights. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We just keep our heads down and make sure the orders are moving. It’s not a complicated business model. We buy, we sell, and we make sure the logistics work out. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we have a good fan and plenty of water.
