This is P.R. Sancheti & Co. We are located near Pulgaon Naka Chowk in Ganjpara, Durg. The address says Bhilai 490001, but we are right there at that busy junction. It’s a spot where a lot of different roads meet. You can always hear the horns and the heavy trucks going by outside. Our office is a local place. We have been in this area for a very long time. It’s not a modern glass building like you see in big cities. It’s a traditional setup. We have our desks and our chairs and lots of green files everywhere. The traffic at Pulgaon Naka can be a bit much sometimes. But it means people know exactly where we are. It’s a landmark for many locals. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street. We just focus on the work we have to do. We are a small team. We’ve known each other for years. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk across the room to get things done. The building is old but it stays cool enough in the shade. We see the city change outside our windows every year. Durg and Bhilai are basically joined now. We feel like we belong to both places. It’s an honest way to spend the day. People come in with their paperwork, and we try to help out as best as we can. No big promises, just work. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It works for us.
