Chhattisgarh is a busy place for industry, so being here makes a lot of sense for what we do. We deal with cooling towers and everything that makes them run right. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some chairs, a few old desks, and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the fans humming all day long. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just local people working a job. Most of the crew lives nearby in Durg, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our mornings going over what needs to be fixed or shipped out. It can get pretty dusty with all the movement, but we keep things moving. There isn't a lot of talk about missions or visions here. We just want to make sure the cooling systems are handled properly and that the paperwork is correct. It is a lot of practical work and we like it that way. Sometimes we have a little chat over coffee about how the town is changing. It's a decent way to spend the day. Usually, we close up around six and head home. There isn't much more to it than that.
