Moon Holidays is right in the heart of the Civic Centre in Bhilai Nagar. If you know where Hariraj Restaurant is, we are very close to that on the main road. It’s a very busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to eat and shop. We’ve been here in the 490006 area code for quite a while. Our office is where we handle holiday bookings and travel plans for local families. The Civic Centre is always loud and full of life, which makes working here interesting. We have a small space where we keep all our brochures and files. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People often drop in after having a meal nearby. We don't use big corporate talk here; we just tell people what’s available and what the costs are. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to have a long tea break. We’ve seen the Civic Centre change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a convenient place for anyone in Bhilai Nagar to visit. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to find the right dates for people. It’s just a normal travel desk operation. No big airs or graces about it. Just us helping people get away for a bit.
