Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. Mining Division Raigarh

This is the mining division of Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. located in Raigarh, though our mailing address is over in Bhilai. We are at Mig-1-989 in the Hudco Sector. That is in the Durg district of Chhattisgarh, postcode 490009. It’s a residential-style area so it feels a bit different than the actual mine sites. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The mining work is happening elsewhere, but this is where the paperwork and some of the coordination gets handled. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the street. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that here. It is mostly just the staff keeping track of things and making sure the mining operations have what they need. Bhilai is a big industrial hub, so being in the Hudco Sector makes sense for us. The neighbors are mostly other people working in the various industries around Durg. We try to keep things organized but it’s a busy job. There are always papers moving and phones ringing. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a place where we get the work done so the mining division can keep going. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s all about the practical side of the business for us. That's just how we operate. Most days start early and end when the logs are finished. It is a steady routine for our small group here.
