You can find us over on Link Road in Camp-Ii, right here in Shyam Nagar. Bhilai is a steel town through and through, and we fit right into that landscape. Being a government enterprise means we have a lot of rules to follow, but at the end of the day, we’re just a group of people working in Dist-Durg. The office has that old-school feel to it, which we actually like. It’s sturdy. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to the folks at the plants. Chhattisgarh heat is no joke, so the coolers are always running in the afternoons. We aren't here to make big promises we can't keep. We just do the engineering work and the project management that’s expected of us. Some of the guys have been in this specific office for twenty years. We know where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We'd rather have good tools and enough space for the big blueprint rolls. If someone stops by, they’ll see we’re usually buried in some technical report or another. It’s just how life goes in Bhilai for us. We keep the lights on and the work moving, making sure everything is done right before the weekend rolls around. It is what it is.
