Mandal Dairy

We are over at 2318 Mig M. P. H. B Industrial Estate. Most days start pretty early for us because that is just how the dairy business goes. It is usually still dark out when the first trucks start rolling in. We have been in this spot for a while now and the industrial estate has changed a lot around us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble with the generators, but that is part of the job. It is mostly just a few of us here making sure the milk stays cold and gets out to where it needs to be. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace with some desks and a lot of refrigeration equipment. People stop by sometimes to ask questions or place orders in person. It gets noisy with all the machinery running but you get used to it after a week or so. My cousin helped set up the filing system which is still a bit of a mess if I am being honest. We just try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the shift. If you are looking for the place, look for the big gate near the corner. We are usually there from dawn until it gets dark. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. Anyway, that is pretty much what we do here every day. It is a basic setup but it works for us.
