Our office is located at H No 1207 in Ward 57, right in the Sarkanda area. If you look out our front door, you’re basically looking straight at the Sheela Shikhar Apartment. It’s a busy enough part of town where there is always some noise from the street. Being on the ground level makes it easy for deliveries to stop by without too much trouble, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out mostly. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks dealing with various distributors and making sure the inventory lists match up with what’s actually on the shelves. There are about five of us who are here regularly. We usually eat lunch together in the small back room because there isn't much space elsewhere. The walls are painted a simple off-white that has seen better days, and we have a few plants near the window that probably need more water than they get. Sarkanda has a lot of small businesses like ours, so we feel like we fit right into the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward setup without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just focus on getting the medicine supplies sorted and out the door to whoever needs them. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet throughout the day.
