We are located at R-109 in the P.R.T. Colony, which is part of Phase III on Patan Road. This is Kone Elevator India Pvt. Ltd over in Amleshwar, Durg. It’s a bit of a specific spot, and you might see Sunil Kumar Jethwani’s name associated with this location on the paperwork. Being in Chhattisgarh, we deal with a lot of different types of buildings, from older apartments to some of the newer stuff going up in the Durg area. The office is really just a base for us. We keep our tools and logs here. Patan Road is the main way we get around to see clients. The colony is usually quiet, which is nice when we need to sit down and figure out a complicated repair job. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk with a bowl of mints. It’s more about having a place to park the bikes and store the gear. The weather here can be dusty, so we spend a fair amount of time cleaning off the desks. We’ve been working out of this Amleshwar spot for some time now. It feels like a local neighborhood operation. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the way to the city. It’s just a bunch of us working on elevators and trying to keep things moving. Phase III is a growing area, so there’s always something new happening nearby.
