Our site is located over in Vill. Hathakhoj, which is out near the Surdung post office. It’s part of the Durg district in Chhattisgarh. If you know the area, it is a bit of a trek from the main town, but we have been set up here for quite some time now. The work we do involves a lot of moving parts because of the nature of the industry we are in. Most days are long and we spend a lot of time out on the floor or dealing with the logistics of the materials coming in and going out. It is a gritty kind of environment, not a clean office job, so we usually go home pretty tired at the end of the shift. The heat in Chhattisgarh can be something else, especially during the middle of the year, but we just get on with things. Being near the Surdung (Jcw) area means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We aren't here to impress anyone with a nice lobby or anything like that. We just focus on hitting our numbers and making sure the equipment is running like it should. It is a practical place for practical people. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, but it’s just part of being out in this industrial zone. We just try to stay productive and keep the site running smoothly every day.
