KANKAVALI URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is located at Number 5 on the first floor of the Ghewari Complex in Kankavali. It is right in the heart of the Tal area, so it's easy to get to if you are already out doing your errands or shopping. We share the building with a few other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going on the stairs. Kankavali Urban Nidhi Limited is where we handle small deposits and help out with local credit needs for the people living nearby. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a couple of desks and a small area for people to sit while they wait for their turn. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the papers pile up when we get busy at the end of the month. It's a local operation, run by people who live right here in the Durg and Kankavali area. We know the names of most of the people who come in to see us. We don't have any of those automatic machines; we prefer to do things by hand or on our basic computers. It feels more personal that way. If you walk up to the first floor, just look for our sign on the door. We are usually in by ten in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple setup but it works well for the community here.
