We are located over in Vaishali Nagar, specifically at Mig 1 2315 C. Being near the temple in Ekalibali makes it easy for people to find us. We deal with food and beverages, which mostly means a lot of lifting crates and checking bottles. The Housing Board area is where we set up shop. It's a quiet enough part of town but we stay pretty active. Running an LLP like Kabalia means we handle a lot of the paperwork ourselves between the partners. It’s not a big corporate office or anything. It’s just a place where we get work done. We spend most of our time looking at inventory and making sure things are moving. Some days are slow and others we can’t even find a minute to sit down. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a practical space. We chose this spot because it was close to where we live. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't spend money on big signs. We just do our thing with the food and drinks. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. That's life running a small business in this neighborhood. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without much fuss.
