Hari Bhau Grih Udhyog

We are located at Shop No-4 in Block No-15, right along the road from the Camp to the Bhilai Power House. Being near the Sharkular Market means there are always people walking past our door. Hari Bhau Grih Udhyog is a small operation, really just a few of us working out of this one shop. We focus on making things the old-fashioned way, mostly by hand. The space is small, so we have to be very organized to make sure we have room to work and store our finished goods. You won’t find any shiny office furniture here. We have wooden tables, some stools, and a lot of containers. Most of our day is spent prepping materials and then putting everything together. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us because they live in the neighborhood or they’re heading to the market and see our sign. It’s a very local business. We know the other shopkeepers on the block and often help each other out when someone needs a hand. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains heavily and the street floods a bit, but we just stay inside and keep working. It’s a modest life, but we take pride in the stuff we make and the fact that we’ve stayed open all these years in Bhilai. We try to finish up our work before the evening rush starts and things get too loud.
