G L Associates & Developers

G L Associates & Developers has its home in Dixit Colony, over in Kosa Nagar. Our office is quite near the police station and not too far from the Post Office in Bhilai. It’s a decent area, though it can get pretty busy with people coming and going from the station. We spend a lot of our time looking over maps and plans spread out on big tables that take up most of the room. The building is older, with high ceilings and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We have been working on projects around here for quite a while, so we know the local land and the people pretty well. It’s often hot in Bhilai, so the fans are always spinning at full speed. Sometimes we have clients come in to sit and talk, and we usually offer them some water while we go over the details of a plot or a building. There is always a bit of dust from the construction sites nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really go in for big presentations or fancy displays. Mostly, it’s just us and our pens and a lot of talking. We like being in Dixit Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. It’s a practical office for a group of people who just want to get things done and build things.
