Dr Verma Eye Clinic & Opticians

Our shop and clinic is at 90 A Market in Sector 6. Being in Bhilai Nagar, especially in Sector 6, means there are always people walking around the market. We have the eye clinic in one part and the optician section with all the frames in the other. Dr. Verma does the eye exams in the back room where it is quiet. We have a lot of different glasses on the racks. Some are old styles and some are newer. The glass cases for the frames need to be cleaned every morning because of fingerprints. It’s a bit of a job. People come in to get their vision checked or just to fix a broken pair of glasses. We have that machine that blows a little puff of air into your eye. Nobody seems to like that part very much. The market outside can get quite noisy with vendors shouting and bikes going past. We have a small rug at the entrance that’s seen better days. The lighting inside is bright so people can see the frames clearly. We keep the prescription pads on the counter near the door. It’s a steady pace most days. Sometimes it gets really packed on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We just do our best to help everyone find the right lenses. It’s a local business and we’ve been in Sector 6 for a good bit of time now.
