Finding Shop No. 4 and 5 in the Risali shopping complex isn't too hard once you get into the main area. We ended up taking both spots because one just wasn't enough for everything we needed to do. It’s a busy little corner of Risali, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their grocery shopping or picking up things for the house. We’ve set the clinic up so it’s comfortable enough, nothing too flashy or intimidating. Most people who come in are our neighbors from around the complex or the nearby houses. You hear the sounds of the market outside all day long. It makes the day go by faster, honestly. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us here, Dr Sandhya and the staff, trying to make sure people’s teeth are okay without making a big fuss about it. The waiting area is small but we keep it clean. Sometimes the tea stall nearby brings over a couple of cups and we have a quick break when it's not too crowded. It’s a local business through and through. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures because word of mouth in Risali works better anyway. People know where we are, right there in the shopping complex, and they know what to expect when they walk through the door. It’s just a normal dental clinic for normal people who need a checkup.
