Brahma Food

Brahma Food is situated in Sector 7, specifically at Q No. 38G on Street Avenue A. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the big water tank is. We started out in Bhilai because it’s where we grew up and knew everyone. Working in this neighborhood is nice because it’s mostly families around here. We handle the food prep ourselves, mostly in the mornings when it’s cooler. It's a small operation, nothing like those big industrial plants you see on TV. We have a few tables set up and the equipment we need to get through the day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out, which is frustrating but that's life. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone likes what we make, they tell their cousin or a friend. That's how we’ve stayed open. The street can get a bit crowded when people are coming home from work. We try to keep our area tidy, but with food work, there's always something to clean. It’s just honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the routine of it. We aren't looking to change much, just keep doing what we do. It's just us and the machines most of the time. We hope people appreciate the effort we put in every single day.
