B.K. Engineering Corporation

We have been operating out of Radhika Nagar in Bhilai for a good while now. Our place is located at 58/8, right in the middle of the residential and industrial mix that this part of Chhattisgarh is known for. Bhilai is a tough town because the heat gets really intense in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with our engineering tasks. People around here know us as B.K. Engineering Corporation. Most days it’s just the sound of machinery and the tea guy coming around at four o'clock. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just desks, drawings, and a few greasy tools lying around on the workbenches. The office is easy enough to find if you are coming through Durg district. We started small and stayed that way, focusing on getting things fixed or built for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the power goes out, so we sit outside for a bit until the generator kicks in. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do here in 490023. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we all walk or take scooters to get to the shop every morning. There is always a lot of dust from the steel plants nearby, so we spend a lot of time just wiping down the equipment and keeping the machines oiled. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us.
