Our shop is number 103 in the Shyam Shakuntala Complex. It’s located in Motilal Nehru Nagar, right near the Nehru Nagar railway crossing in Bhilai. A good way to find us is to look for the Domino's Pizza; we are right across from it. It's a handy location, though the trains passing by can be a bit loud sometimes. The complex has a lot of different shops, so there is always something going on and plenty of people walking past our door. We handle a lot of tax-related things here. It's mostly just sitting at desks and looking at numbers and forms all day. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep the office simple. There’s a desk for me and a few chairs for people who come in to talk. We’ve been in this complex for a while and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like a little neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other. We try to be helpful to anyone who stops by with a question. There is no big corporate structure here, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We don't use any fancy software that we don't need. Just the regular stuff. If you're stuck at the railway crossing, you might even see our sign from your car window. We usually close up once the evening rush starts to slow down.
