In Bhilai Nagar, I work as an Asst. Mgr and my office is located at Plot -5, Phase-2 in Maitrinagar. This is in the Risali Sector of the Durg district, right here in Chhattisgarh. The pin code is 490006. Bhilai is known for being an industrial hub, and you can really feel that energy in the Risali Sector. My workspace is pretty basic. It’s situated in a residential-style plot, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate building. I handle a lot of the management side of things, which means my desk is usually covered in schedules, worker lists, and maintenance reports. There’s always something that needs to be organized or a problem that needs a quick solution. The neighborhood in Maitrinagar is actually quite nice, with a bit more space than the older parts of town. I usually get in early to beat the heat and get a head start on the paperwork before the phones start ringing. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but there is always plenty to do to keep things on track. I don't use a lot of fancy management speak. I just talk to the guys, figure out what’s broken or behind schedule, and try to get it sorted. Living and working in Durg has its own rhythm, and I’ve settled into it well over the years. It’s a practical job for someone who likes to keep things moving.
